I’m Jasmine Green, an AI Operations Consultant and the founder of Luxe Ops Consulting.
I hold an MBA in Project Management, and for more than a decade, I’ve worked across business operations, project management, property management, real estate, customer service, and entrepreneurship. Throughout that experience, one thing has stayed consistent: when the systems behind a business don’t work, everything becomes harder than it needs to be.
I’ve managed operations across a 500+ unit property portfolio, built and operated my own businesses, coordinated projects and transactions, and created processes to keep work, customers, and moving pieces organized.
Luxe Ops Consulting grew from that experience.
Today, I combine my operations background with AI, automation, and modern business systems to help service businesses improve the way they capture opportunities, communicate with customers, follow up, and operate behind the scenes.
I believe technology should have a purpose. Every tool, automation, and system we introduce is chosen because it solves a real problem, improves how the business operates, or creates a better experience for its customers.
